On June 11th, the seminar on the national standard revision of "Safety Technical Regulations for the Production of Acetylene-based VCM" (GB 14544) organized by CCAIA was held in Chengdu, Sichuan. Zhang Xin, Vice President, and Zhang Shoute, Vice Secretary General, attended the meeting. Among the participants included leaders and experts from China Chengda, China Tianchen, Tianjin Bohai Chemical Engineering, Xinjiang Tianye, Xinjiang Zhongtai, Shaanxi Beiyuan and other companies.When Vice President Zhang Xin presided over the meeting,China Chengda, the editor in chief, motivated the participating units to conduct exchanges and discussions on standard related content, focusing on safety design requirements, safety production, inspection and maintenance safety and on-site emergency response for the production of acetylene-based vinyl chloride and reached a consensus.The work arrangements of standard preparation were developed at the meeting.
