From March 20th to 22nd, the productionsafety training session for chlorine related enterprises organized by CCAIA was held in Chengdu. The training course was attended by 99 participants from chlorine production and use enterprises. Zhang Xin, Vice President of CCAIA, delivered a class speech. Hu Yongqiang, the leader of the Association's safety expert group and the safety director of Hangzhou Electrochemical Group, Liu Guozhen, the deputy leader of the Association's caustic soda expert group, Qin Wenhao, the former liquid chlorine safety trainer of the Chemical Industry Department and the deputy leader of the Association's safety expert group, Sun Zhengwu, the senior business manager of the Shanghai Chlor-Alkali Environmental Safety Department, and Zhang Qiuli, the senior engineer of the Tianjin Bohai Chemical Development Co., Ltd., respectively offered detailed training on the use of chlorine, safety management, emergency response, team management improvement and case analysis of chlorine-related accidents.Additionally, they conducted in-depth interpretation of the "General Technical Requirements for Chlorine Safety Facilities in Chlor-Alkali Production" and the "Guidelines for the Screening of Chlorine Related Safety Hazards in Chlor-Alkali Enterprises (Trial)" standards. During the training, the teaching experts also answered the trainees' questions and concerns.
