On January 19th, the Global Vinyl Council (GVC) Management Committee meeting was held in the form of a video conference, with more than 30 participants, mainly from the Canadian Vinyl Institute, the American Vinyl Institute, European Council of Vinyl Manufacturers and related organizations and industries from different countries and areas. Zhang Peichao, vice president and secretary general of CCAIA, and Wang Lili, deputy director of the International Cooperation Working Committee, attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Ms. Brigitte Dero, President of European Council of Vinyl Manufacturers, Ms. Sophi MacMillan, Executive Director of the Australian Vinyl Association, Mr. Ned Monroe, President of the American Vinyl Institute, Mr. Vincent Stone of European Council of Vinyl Manufacturers, and Mr. Shinji Yanagisawa, Executive Director of Japan Vinyl Environment Council, Ms. Aruna Kumari of Reliance Industries, Monique Holtzhausen of South Africa Vinyl Council, Ms. Aine Curran of Canadian Vinyl Institute, and Wang Lili, Deputy Director of the International Cooperation Working Committee of CCAIA, delivered speeches, respectively. The basic situation of the PVC industry in their respective regions in 2021 and the related work done by various industry organizations and enterprises in 2021 were introduced. At the same time, the meeting discussed and exchanged the work to be carried out by GVC in the future, and discussed the work in 2022.
