The Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry Issued a Final Ruling on the Anti-dumping Case of Epichlorohydrin

On August 14th, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry issued a final ruling on the anti-dumping case of epichlorohydrin, deciding to impose anti-dumping duties on imported products originating from Thailand, South Korea, and China, with a period of five years. Under the unified arrangements and specific coordination of CCAIA, and with the joint efforts of CCAIA, production enterprises, and law firms, China's responding enterprises have the lowest anti-dumping tax rate, among which Zhejiang Huanyang has zero tax rate and Jiangsu Ruixiang has a tax rate of $108/ton, both far lower than responding enterprises in other countries and manufacturers that did not respond. The industry has achieved phased results in responding to India's epoxy chloropropane anti-dumping work.
