On July 5th, an online workshop for the development of the group standard "Guidelines for the Construction of Digital Workshops in Chlor-Alkali Industry: Electrolysis" organized by CCAIA was held. Leaders and experts from Bohai Chemical Development, Zhejiang Juhua, Fujian Huanyang, Shaanxi Beiyuan, and other companies participated in the meeting. Zhang Shoute, Deputy Secretary-General of CCAIA, Fan Hongbo, Secretary-General of the Standards Committee, and Feng Lei also attended. Deputy Secretary-General Zhang Shoute introduced the progress of the standard's development and the framework structure of its main technical content. The participating enterprises focused their discussions on the boundary scope, general requirements, construction principles, and operational management requirements for various functional modules of the digital workshop for ion-exchange membrane caustic soda electrolysis. Consensus was reached on the boundaries of the technical content of this standard, which primarily encompasses secondary brine purification, electrolysis, and chlorine-hydrogen treatment. After the meeting, the standard drafting group will further revise and improve the first draft of the standard based on the outcomes of the workshop discussions, and proceed with the formulation of the standard in an orderly manner.
